Hello all, hope everyone is well. I can't claim the idea to make this video was mine. It was the idea of a friend, Neil M7LLA who nominated me. I think it's a good idea seen as most of us are unfortunately locked down at the moment. It would be good is anyone could make a similar video though if you don't have a YouTube channel I will post the questions below. Feel free to answer them here, on YouTube or my Facebook page.

Q1: What transceivers do you own?
    HF -- Kenwood TS-590S
    VHF/UHF -- Icom IC-208H
    Handheld -- Kenwood THF-6A

    Q2: What's your favourite band?

Overall, during my 43 years in Amateur Radio, it would be 10-meters -- but currently, at the bottom of a sunspot cycle, 20-meters.

Q3: What transceiver would you like to own?
Kenwood TS-890S would be great step-up from my '590S.

Q4: Do you think Amateur Radio is a dying hobby?
    Far from it!
There are currently more bands, more modes, more U.S. license holders, more and better and (allowing for inflation) less expensive equipment that any any time in the past.

    Q5: Kenwood, Icom or Yaesu?
Yes -- all three, plus some others over the years.
All of my HF rigs have been Kenwood.
All of my VHF/UHF mobile rigs have been Icom.
Handhelds have included Kenwood, Icom, Yaesu and others.

Q6: Operating from Home, Portable or Mobile?

In recent years mostly home for HF, but have done occasional HF portable and mobile in the past and lots of VHF/UHF mobile.

    Q7 Digital or Analogue?
    Both
    CW, SSB, FM, RTTY, FT-8

    Q8: Can you do CW?
    I can -- and I do.

Q9: What do you think of the UK licence stages?
No opinion -- I'm Across the Pond. ;)

Q:10 What would you change about Amateur Radio?
Less negativity and more patience with newbies from hams who post on line.:)
