QSP is a weekly newsletter sourced and delivered entirely by radio. Here we show how to participate in the project, whether working by amateur radiogram, packet BBS, NBEMS / BLACK SWAN Net in Ohio, or Winlink. Using the tools and techniques needed for post-disaster or emergency mode operations on a regular schedule helps us to stay fresh and ready to operate without any need for a refresher. By doing so to source and distribute a newsletter about the emergency radio communications community, we're developing and maintaining the skills without all of the overhead of an exercise that needs to be planned, directed, and assessed. And it's a lot of fun to work this way.
