I had a QSO with an NPOTA activator from Colorado who activated TR19 and NPo2. My LOtW logged shows a confirmation for that QSO. However, when I downloaded from LotW to QRZ the confirmed QSO did not download to QRZ. How can I resolve that? I need Utah for the QRZ 50 state award. 73 ka9gdw
