QSL info missing on Detail tab

    In my profile when I edit my call sign update info I specify three options for QSL info as shown here.

    But after I save that and return to my Detail tab only the LoTW QSL option is shown. See below. How do I get the other 2 to appear?

    I have the same issue. I have all three selected as "yes," but it is only showing eQSL and LOTW. It is not showing that I accept QSL by mail. Please advise. Thanks!
