A good family friend's Grandfather has been a bit of an elmer to me and is now approaching 100 and has a myriad of health issues. Bert (WA2IEI) was in the Signal Corps in World War II and has held a Ham License for over 70 years now.

I've spoken with his family and they're all in agreement that getting a LARGE STACK of QSL Cards in the mail would do wonders to his mood and lift his spirits.

If you could be so kind as to spare a card and some postage, you can mail it care of his daughter:

    Bert Aaron c/o Jill Aaron
    15 Newmarket Rd, Ste 2
    Durham NH 03824

I really appreciate your consideration, as does his family.

I have a couple of special cards going in the mail for him, first thing in the morning.

    As do I.

Thread follow-up can be spotty at best.
