    I have been on QRZ.com logging for many years but now want to use LOTW.
    If I purchase the QRZ'd "XML logbook data subscription" do I need a logging program for this
    to download my QRZ'd logged contacts to LOTW ?

    No you don't but if you had a logging program you wouldn't need the XML subscription. You could upload directly to LoTW.

    I joined and figure it all out. Downloaded 5,047 QSO's with the QRZ'd membership in about 15 minutes with the instructions.
