Thank you for the info. It doesn't explain why 3 log entries were accepted by LOTW on 22 Dec. After that can't upload them again without getting the error message. Why would the "handshake" differ from day to day?

There are no valid certificates for callsign NH6RF @ 110. Signing aborted:

There is no record of 3 records being "accepted by LoTW" on December 22.

To the contrary, there is a record of 3 records having been transferred from the ADIF file wsjtx_log.adi to your NH6RF logbook on Dec 22. This action was successful as it is independent of any need for the LoTW/TQSL Certificate.

I am unable to convey in a manner that enables you to understand. The LoTW/TQSL certificate is like a key in a lock. The door won't open to enable the information to pass between QRZ and LoTW until the correct key is inserted and turned. You must obtain the latest key (certificate) from TQSL and then forward it to QRZ by carefully following the instructions contained in:
    https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.qrz.com/static/qrz/lotw_cert_guide.pdf

Sorry, but I seem unable to assist you further, we are going around in circles.
