You're quite welcome. Let me expand on my comment. He may not be the one doing the physical labor portion of this job, but as the customer and the owner of the data, he needs to be the one to initiate the restoration. Having worked for one of the largest cloud providers I am quite familiar with how these maintenances go. YMMV. All the best.

Yes,.. I backed-up My Log, 3 mo. Ago! A little Notice, would have been Nice.

 

Good on you guys, keeping it current, safe and relevant. Thanks from we hams that appreciate all that you do. FYI, I love your log book - wish you guys would consider a way to integrate it with ham radio's. I find HRD too much but it works nicely with the rig, hope you consider it in future.
