I have really noticed the MUCH FASTER lookup time when I type in someone's call sign. That is really appreciated on my end. Also, just faster overall response on the whole site.
As far as logging, I won't complain, I have just temporarily switched back to the tried and true P&P* logging system for the few contacts I have made this weekend, and will transfer them to the site when it comes back. No worries, no stress.

*P&P logging system = = "Pencil and Paper". Ask your elmer about it. Easy editing, no crashing, no re-boots, withstands most (but not all) coffee spills, and solder splatter. Inexpensive. A 7 year-old can operate it. So can a 107 year old.

Argh! This sub-thread brings back painful memories that compel me to opine!
But I won't. OK, back to smiles :)

One day, your bank or retirement account website/database is going to go blank. If you don't have definitive proof of what you have deposited there from month to month; one day you might found out your retirement just went Pooff ;-O
