In November of 2019, QRZ introduced a category of awards known as Master of Radio Communications. These awards are granted upon the successful confirmation of contact with specified regional areas. Our first award in this series was the Master of Radio Communications for the European Region or MRC-Europe for short. Over the past two years we've also introduced the Master of Asia, Master of South America, Master of North America, and Master of Oceania.

These certificates recognize a mastery of a given regional area, which in this case consists of confirmed contact with 76 unique African DXCC band-entities. There are many QRZ members who have already qualified for the award. Analyze your QRZ Logbook today to see if you are one of them!

We also have a great looking new certificate to commemorate the achievement. These are available for immediate order from the QRZ Store.

Yep... I concur. I live in Southern Arizona... at Mexico,
and I've never even heard any African stations.
When I lived in N.C. I had regular
QSOs w/ a friend named Munro Vorster, ZS6IN.
Maybe this upcoming sunspot cycle will lend us a hand.

Yes, agree on Master of Canada. eQSL has a Canadian award for working all Providence’s and Territories, which I have done. Lots of fun trying to achieve this award. 73 Norm K7NWF
