His operating practices are detailed on the ARRL website by Mr. Hollingsworth. I must also include the following.
    1. He often wanders from the frequency he says he will operate on.
    2. He states his transmissions will start at a certain time, often he starts as much as 5 minutes earlier.
    3. I have also noticed considerable distortion on his audio, making his transmissions difficult to understand, this also means his sidebands are wider than necessicary to communicate effectively.

    Conclusion,
His intent is not to disseminate "Bulletins News of interest to Ham Radio" but to jam or interfere with other hams on crowded ham bands.
In fact he uses his broadcasts to show his hatred for Mr. Hollinsworth and any authority figure who disagrees with him. All one needs to do is to listen to his tirades.

He serves as a bad example to all hams who respect the rules (and don't pretend to view them as guidelines). I wonder if he drives on the left hand side of the road too!!!

He will have his chance to debate and you can guess with who. This time I think he will loose. Ive never seen a person bent so much on his own destruction.

Maybe , we'll get lucky and his ticket won't be renewed in 11 months . I can wait that long for the lid to dissappear .

That's what I'm thinking, FCC's doing it the easy way, just don't renew him.

    From k1man.com:

This week, beginning Sunday evening, 7 November 2004, Rich Whiten,
W2OTK, and his XYL will appear as special guests on K1MAN. They flew
to Maine on Saturday to meet with Mr. Baxter and his legal team with
regard to the upcoming suit against K4ZDH, personally, K1KW, K3VR, and
ARRL regarding the 16 October 2004 Boy Scout incident on 3.890 MHz. "I
missed my calling," Mr. Baxter chuckled as he winked, "I should have
    pursued a career in Hollywood!"

Yeah Glenn, maybe you could've played Mr. Ed's rear end.

    Nuts!

I voted the wrong way by accident. I have never done that before. Now, I can no longer complain about people voting for the wrong candidate.

But, I did vote the wrong way. I really meant to vote to DELIST this guy. So, remove one vote for letting him stay and move it over to kicking him out.

I agree with you in refference to the Hamsexy site. I read a story at the ARRL site about a yl ham who got her ticket when she was 13. She made freinds with a guy on the west coast and have had a great relationship thanks to ham radio. Well they wound up on this site as a item. You would not believe the comments of the pigs on that site. All about how they would love to have their way with the beautiful YL.
That is a site that ham radio should avoid.

Well, I think most of us know who has the empty crankcase, and a few sparkplugs that aren't firing.

    Baxter's missing page is back:
    http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/iarntraffic/myhomepage/business.html

He has edited out nazi, and now it is the NURD Party.

    The other page:

    http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/K1MAN14275/myhomepage/business.html

Still has the original "nazi" party reference.

    Baxter really cracks me up.

All I can say, as I oil the propeller on my cap, is it takes one to know one.

    Have a nurdy day.

Good to know someone is taking action against these idiots. Like it or not we have to have Laws and rules otherwise there would be no structure, just chaos. This guy must be related to Ex-KG6IRO. Jack_ _ _ Gerittsen.
We don't need these type of people in Amateur Radio.

To QRZ I say, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I just sent this email message to AOL in regards to K1MAN's moving his trash accusations to another AOL webpage:

"The defamatory, libelous, and harrassing webpage naming me (K9REH) and others as a NAZI, is back at your site on another page. My Amateur Radio callsign is synonymous with my name.

I regard this situation as litagatory and will include AOL in the process if this matter is not STOPPED immediately and finally. Do it today, do it now.

In the mean time, cancel my subscription to AOL Online, as I no longer wish to participate in your unfair treatment. My account is under:

    Richard E. Harris
    5893 Westshore Drive
    Morgantown, IN 46160

I expect to be notified by return email as to the date and time both these issues are taken care of. Forward this email message to who ever needs to care of these matters.

    Sincerely,
    Richard Harris"

I guess we have to put some "hurt" in AOL wallet before they deal with this in a serious way. 73

The original intent of that post I did was for those guys to have fun poking fun at him.

Like you, quite a few of us want him gone, but the moment Hamsexy and Baxter are mentioned in the same sentence you'll, come rushing to his defense.

A lot of us may not like Hamsexy and there is a lot of stuff that has gone downhill from when it originally began. I view MAN as no different than some of the guys who hang out on that site.

I don't really want to argue or get into a flame war over this, but I just want to make clear what my thoughts and intentions were concerning that posting I made. Maybe getting too far off track I guess.

    KD4LEI,

Chad - I don't want you to think I'm defending Glen or Hamsexy - far from it. I'm the owner/moderator of several AR Yahoo Groups and recently had one of the management team from Hamsexy apply for membership in one of my groups. His Yahoo profile was less than professional and he posted a couple of links - one was to Hamsexy and another someplace else. After checking out Hamsexy, I realized I didn't want someone of that character in a group I moderated, so his membership was denied. The site had a lot of vulgar material on it. Too bad that hams have to debase themselves to that level of behavior.

    Vy 73,

    Steven

DANG!!! You guys on dissability and or retired? I'm both here, and just look around here on this site, and don't go anywhere else, and I can't keep up with everything here let alone go to other sites. How do you do it?
