Hans Summers details in a conference proceedings from FDIM the details of how he designed the QCX monoband CW transceiver.

Great stuff, especially all in combination: quadrature sampling detector, quadrature VFO from the Si5351, class E mosfet PA, microcontroller controlled, built in test equipment, keyer, CW decoder.

Lots of echoes of past great rigs from Rick Campbell, Steve Weber, Dan Tayloe, and many others. It's wonderful to see where the progression of technology had brought us. $49 for a rig that fits in your pocket and features that would make a Heathkit blush
