The AWA skunkworks provided me with a capacitor leakage tester based on their recent printed circuit board design. This gave me a chance to test the caps I've been storing in the Tomb of the Unknown Capacitor, AKA my junk box, before I installed them in a project. Here's the video: Mark ~ AE2EA
