    Hello all,

I just received a '7300 and want to work PSK31. Previously, I used a "891 with a signal link and it work great. I know the '7300 has a USB port for direct connection (with a downloaded driver) but I want to use my Mac. I have been told that the driver is already in the Mac, so was wondering if anyone else used the radio/directly to the Mac and if so, could they share their working settings. Thanks in advance,

There is a specific Mac forum that you should post to ...

Cable up your IC-7300 and see if the MBP has any ports that may be named similar to this ---> /dev/cu.SLAB_USBtoUARTx

If yes, there's little science involved other than getting your 7300's port speed to match the software (flrig?)

If no, download & install the latest driver from https://www.silabs.com/developers/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers
(be sure to unplug all USB equipment before installing)
