    Having not heard any response from Mr. Bradford or the President of Indiana University, I have decided to keep the IU logo as part of my signature block.

    As you can see, I have made more than a handful of comments here in the past 14 years (probably longer than that) and Mr. Bradford is only the second person in that entire time to have made the false connection that my comments somehow reflect those of Indiana University.

    Its like the old saying, "Better to have people think you are a fool than to open your mouth (or post something on an Internet forum) and remove all doubt!" or "Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience!" or "Never argue with an idiot. Onlookers won't be able to tell the difference!"

    I do not see a problem with Scott's logo.

    I do understand that coders need to be paid for their work.

    Copied software is not the way to go, If a company can supply it for a cost, Then you should buy it.


    Of course Universities are known to pass around software, On the fly. It is not just IU doing it.


    You should pay, if you want to play.
