Problem loading forums

Forum pages are loading very slowly or not at all, sometimes getting error messages-

An exception occurred: Too many connections in /c/xenforo/library/Zend/Db/Adapter/Mysqli.php on line 333

4. XenForo_Application->lazyLoad() in XenForo/Application.php at line 1004
5. XenForo_Application::get() in XenForo/Application.php at line 1635
6. XenForo_Application::getDb() in EnableDebugFromAdminHome/Listener.php at line 42
7. EnableDebugFromAdminHome_Listener::initDependencies() in XenForo/CodeEvent.php at line 90
8. XenForo_CodeEvent::fire() in XenForo/Dependencies/Abstract.php at line 215
9. XenForo_Dependencies_Abstract->preLoadData() in XenForo/FrontController.php at line 127
10. XenForo_FrontController->run() in /c/xenforo/index.php at line 13

Also got the above error several times when trying to post this thread, it eventually went through after a few tries.

 

Getting this error as well-

I am getting the above errors too. I cant seem to upload pictures also. "Unsupported file format". Its a .jpg 168kb.

Pages also seem slow...
