Where did he ask anything about CB? His question was about 11 meters.

Edit to add: Please explain about Class C and D. Do you mean Subpart C and D?

An R/C station is allowed 25 watts of carrier power on 27.255 MHz.
    § 95.204 (R/C Rule 4) Do I need a license?
You do not need an individual license
    to operate an R/C station.

Using the constant 2.998 x 10^8 m/s for the speed of light, I calculate a wavelength of 11.00 meters.

That is an R/C station, not a CB station. CB is only Part 95 subpart D.

Correction--people don't realize that Personal Radio Services on 11 meters includes both Class C and D services. Class C is R/C. The OP asked about 11 meters.

    That makes more sense.

Historically, the amateur radio service had privileges in the 11-meter band. When the Citizens Band radio service was implemented by the FCC, the amateur service lost its 11-meter privileges. The amateur service has NO 11-meter privileges, be it at or under 5 watts,

Well - actually in New Zealand we do, but telemetry only with a maximum of 5W eirp. I just thought I throw that in, hihi.

If you are too lazy then I will definitely NOT be helping you! I am not going to work harder at your life than you do!
