Jherica and I recently had the chance to activate a few park numbers in TN. It was a blast! I apologize now for my attempt at CW, but I'm working on it! 73

Thanks for the video! I really enjoyed seeing the beautiful scenery as well as watching the fun operating. Keep at the CW -- your skills will come back with practice. :)

    Have fun!

Thanks! Yeah, I have a whole two contacts in my CW life.. and about 20 years separate them! Jherica on the other hand learned it with LICW last summer! I need to catch up!

Can I ask where you got that tripod adapter with the SO 239 socket coming out at a 90 degree angle, I have been looking for one of those.
If it came with the antenna, do you know if it is sold separately or who produces one that adapts a 3/8 inch antenna base to a standard tripod with an SO 239 socket and one or two ground plane connections?
    Thanks.

It came with the antenna... I imagine they are out there somewhere... but I've no idea where. Thanks for watching!
