    There are some contests that have that (5W CW, 10W SSB PEP) as a rule, while there are other contests and awards that use 5 watts as the limit for all QRP categories.

    If this is intended for an international audience, let's talk about km / watt. I think only two countries in the world (USA and UK) use miles.

    Fixed it for ya :)

    But honestly - are we really excluding anyone, this day and age, with miles? The conversion isnt even hard.

    Plus it only takes 9,192,631,770 periods of the radiation corresponding to the transition between the two hyperfine levels of the ground state of the caesium 133 atom to get on Google and find any reference you'd require even if it were hard.

    Well ... at least be consistent. If you're going to use miles for distance then you may as well use horsepower or btu/hr for the power.
