I agree. You definitely would not be able to put any viable antennas up to operate a viable Dxpedition. QO-100 perhaps? Or QRP with permission if permission would be granted. The only public area is the crowded piazza.

According to my log I see I "worked" D1DX on May 17, 2023, 0143 UTC, 20m, FT4.

As per W1AU "So are we not supposed to qso with them. How is the avg ham to know? No qrz no qso?". This is a good point. We're in band, how are we supposed to know? By the time we'd look someone up another QSO is in progress or they are gone. Is it our responsibility to know and only work valid amateur radio operators?
