It took about 3 weeks, 20 minutes a night to master 5 wpm, but I found that I'm actally clocking in at about 8-10 wpm. Im now using Packet, Satellite, CW, and PSK31 which means my SSB phone use has been very limited. I dont understand what all the resistance is to learning code because it seems that all it takes to learn CW is some short term perseverence."
