    Dear ham radio friends,

    Due to the Taal Volcano eruption in the Philippines yesterday, that caused ash fall and evacuation in affected area over 100 km, please keep clear on 7.095 MHz as used by the Philippines Amateur Radio Association (PARA) for emcomm.
