Has anyone used the Palomar common mode noise filter? I keep hearing a buzzing sound around 80, 60, and 40 meters. I know band conditions are not good now, just trying to see what I can do to negate some of this noise.

Since Palomar sells torroid kits to slip over coax I suspect that's what the common mode filter is. Common mode chokes can and do reduce noise due to CMC flowing on the outside of the braid. To be the most effective I'd take a look at G3TXQ's choke chart and get some torroids recommended for those bands (probably Mix 31 is best there)---likely a much higher choking impedance with a number of turns of coax through a couple of them).
