First time going to a Ham Fest for me, but there is all sorts of cool stuff to see. There's must be some of everything out here. I have seen everything from Heathkit units to a Hallicrafters SX-88. Fun Stuff!

There was even a pet skunk out and about today. Friendly fellow, too! Thankfully he had been "fixed."

Had an awesome time at Hamcation this year. Went to the afternoon VE session and came out a brand new general. Worked for 2 years and several test attempts to achieve this !!!

My hats off to the VE team. Very well organized.

Spent all day Saturday there. Really fun looking at all the elaborate mobile antenna installations on vehicles. Lots of "junque" at the flea market, some pretty high dollar stuff there! If you were looking for an old Hammerlund receiver there were plenty there at reasonable prices. Over all, a very nice time, hooked up with some old buddies I had not seen in 30 years. :D

The weather was great. The people were friendly. Lots of fun stuff to look over. What more could you ask for?
