One enity for DXCC -- Yugoslavia and Montenegro??

I earned DXCC in 1992 and Yugoslavia was one of my 100 entities/countries. Over the past several years, I worked many Montenegro stations. Montenegro seceded from Yugoslavia a while ago. How is that counted for DXCC? (Not to worry, I'm a long way to DXCC 300.)

Montenegro counts as a new and separate entity from Serbia and former-Yugoslavia. Contacts made June 28, 2006 and after, count for Montenegro. Prior to that date, I believe it was part of Serbia, and before that Yugoslavia. Contacts with deleted entities will always count in your overall DXCC totals, but not for your Honor Roll totals.
