As visitor of radio-hams in the US( 1966 and 1973) , who received me as a friend for 'eyeball qso '. I had the same experience in the local club of Waterloo (remember Napoleon and the Duke of Wellington 1815) with ON4TX as president. He was technically, humanly, an example for all of the members of our club. He started as radio-ham around 1954, had a technical job at the university of ULB Brussels, went direction of the South Pole around 1960 at the Belgian Base, for a while (OR4TX). He started around 1970 a repeater from one of the towers of the university, which has been a tremendous success in the Brussels area. A tribute for ON4TX and the American Radio-Hams: they share the same Ham-Spirit! José De Dycker ON5DS.
