    *** SPECIAL NOTE BY EDITOR: Sorry for the multiple bulletins last week;
it really wasn't my fault. It seems that the HOTMAIL SMTP server
was not working and wasn't sending E-mails out. When I saw that the
first E-mail didn't go out on Saturday, I sent it out again on
Sunday morning. It still did not go out right away until later in
the day. This was unfortunate, especially being away from home and
doing this remotely. Another problem developed when I returned home
and all of a sudden my E-mail downloads stop. I found that the
HOTMAIL POP Mail server had changed their server address without
warning. Everything is working properly now. Thanks for under-
    standing.... 73 de Tedd KB8NW

75th ORLANDO HAMCATION POSTPONED (Letter From The Chairman)[edited]! As
the world's second largest hamfest, we pride ourselves on delivering a
high-quality event to our attendees and would not want to put on a show
that is anything less than what the ham radio community deserves. After
much deliberation, the difficult decision to postpone the 75th HamCation
was made. It is with heavy hearts that we must make this decision. We
had wished to see all of you next year in person, but the situation we
face globally has made this challenging. Instead, HamCation will be moved
to February 11-13th, 2022. We are looking to host some unique Webinars,
a QSO Party and possibly Prize Drawings for 2021. More information to
    come on our website soon.
For those who have already purchased tickets and spaces, we will be in
contact with you shortly and will reach out to you directly. You will
have the option to use your ticket for HamCation 2022, receive a refund
or donate the funds to the Orlando Amateur Radio Club.
We thank all of you for your patience and understanding during these
times and are excited to see you all again in 2022...

E51, NORTH COOK ISLANDS. Warwick, E51WI, on Penrhyn Atoll, posted the
following on QRZ.com (October 7th)[edited]: I am operating as time per-
mits, on 80/40/30/20/17/15m. I can get onto 10 and 6m and have made some
contacts there. The Acom Amplifier has been repaired, I am indebted to a
fellow Ham. Val at the Acom Company for his remote assistance. Good Old
fashioned Tech Support. Thank you Val. Its amazing how Tube theory dis-
appears over the years if you aren't working with them! The amplifier has
given me 6m capability again, and I have had EME QSOs at my Moonrise with
two of the "big guns" at degrade 4 level in late September. I have a fixed
elevation antenna and can do MR and MS but only for 0 to 20 and 20 to 0
elevations. The 2m OWL 9 Element has been constructed and during the day
looks at ZL for WSPR beacon signals from ZL1RS. In early October I'll
look at EME with low power (couple of hundred watts). Thanks Bob, ZL1RS,
for cutting and packing the antenna parts in an airline friendly form and
for supplying the PA parts. I'm working on the power supply presently.
People who want to try EME at reasonable conditions for me, send an e-mail.
I may be able to achieve some elevation with this antenna. QSL cards go
out of here on every plane but as usual, the CI postal people don't send
anything regularly inwards hence my offer remains to send you a card if
you need and want to cover the cost. I've received derogatory comments
about this but I see it's no different than you attempting to mail an
SASE with a few greenstamps that can take 6 months or more to get here
(if).. My offer is that you don't need to send your card, I'll just
confirm the QSO on receipt of the paypal. I honour my word to send a
card and you don't have your greenstamps ripped off by someone in the
postal service. I use the paypal account (164mack@gmail.com) and 3 USDs
covers it. People using PayPal: Please MAKE SURE that your callsign
accompanies your requests . I just don't have time to be researching
calls / searching logs by times by using parts of addresses within Non
English written characters. Asian countries please note. So that's where
    I am at presently..... Warwick

FG, GUADELOUPE. Philippe, F1DUZ, will once again be active as FG4KH from
Guadeloupe (NA-102) between October 16th and November 5th. Activity will
be on 80/40/20/17/15/12/10 meters using SSB and FT8. He will also be in
the CQWW DX SSB Contest (October 24-25th) as a Single-Op/All-Band entry.
QSL via his home callsign, direct, by the Bureau, eQSL or LoTW.

HS10, THAILAND (Royal Callsign). The NBTC and RAST presented an advanced
class amateur radio license and the callsign HS10A to His Majesty the
King Vajiralongkorn, along with donated amateur radio equipment (being
an Icom IC-7300 HF transceiver and an IC-9700 VHF/UHF transceiver, with
antennas and other equipment) at Dusit Palace on September 24th, 2020.
