The October Oklahoma City Autopatch Association (OCAPA) meeting will be Saturday, 18 October, 10:00 AM (or when VE testing is complete) at Wickline United Methodist Church, 417 Mid America Blvd., Midwest City. Statement of conditions as of 30 September, 2025 and minutes of the September meeting have been sent to the membership. Please review them prior to the meeting. There will be an informal 'breakfast bunch' open to all on Saturday, 18 October at 7:30 AM prior to the OCAPA VE test session. We'll meet at Madison's Kitchen in Del City. Madison's Kitchen is on north side of SE 29th just west of Linda Lane at 4747 SE 29th, Del City. VE testing will be conducted in the "Gathering Area". If you arrive during VE testing, please wait in the "The Parlor" till testing is concluded. Also, please wear your OCAPA shirt and/or call sign badge, ARRL appointment badge etc. The meeting agenda items will include: - "History Of Amateur Radio Call Signs", video with Mike Ritz, W7CV; - "Route 66 On The Air" standings; - Mid-October to mid-November contest schedule; - Craft fair at WUMC on Friday/Saturday, 14-15 November, coincides with OCAPA November meeting, no facility conflict; - Texoma Hamarama wrap-up; - New HOA bill support letter generation by phone app; - OCAPA Annual Christmas dinner; - Status of N5FM license; - Report on .21/D-Star repeater site installation at Newcastle; ......and a door prize drawing at the close of the meeting!
