The March Oklahoma City Autopatch Association (OCAPA) meeting will be Saturday, 15 March, 10:00 AM (or when VE testing is complete) at Wickline United Methodist Church in Midwest City. We will meet in "The Parlor". Enter through the door under the blue canopy. Statement of conditions as of 28 February, 2025 and minutes of the February meeting have been sent to the membership. Please review them prior to the meeting. There will be an informal 'breakfast bunch' open to all on Saturday, 15 March, at 7:30 AM prior to the OCAPA VE test session. We'll meet at Madison's Kitchen in Del City. Madison's Kitchen is on north side of SE 29th just west of Linda Lane at 4747 SE 29th, Del City. Here are directions to Wickline: Wickline United Methodist Church is located at 417 Mid America Boulevard, Midwest City, OK 73110. Wickline is located just south of Jarman Middle School. On "Air Depot Boulevard", go to "West Fairchild Drive" which is about two blocks north of SE 29th & Air Depot (look for the Wickline street side sign and Cinnabon/Scholtzsky's; turn east on "West Fairchild Drive"; continue two blocks east; you will arrive at the west entrance to the Wickline parking lot; when you arrive, park, and enter through the "Day School" entrance under the blue canopy next to the playground area. NEW PROCEDURE: VE testing will now be conducted in the "Gathering Area". If you arrive during VE testing, please wait in the "The Parlor" till testing is concluded. Also, please wear your OCAPA shirt or a call sign badge, ARRL appointment badge etc. The meeting agenda items will include: - "HOA Bill Details", Tom Webb, WA9AFM - Field Day 2025 location discussion; - Mid-March to mid-April contest schedule; - new HOA bill support letters distribution; - report on .21/D-Star repeater site installation at New Castle; ......and a door prize drawing at the close of the meeting!
