Nebraska Stratospheric Amateur Radio (NSTAR) will fly an amateur radio
balloon payload on Saturday, May 19th. Launch time is scheduled for 8am CDT (1300 UTC) from west of Omaha, NE. APRS will be on 144.39 and a simplex repeater on 446.10 MHz.

Range of the simplex repeater should be up to about
350 miles. Callsign will be N9XTN-11 and positions will be on FindU. A camcorder will also be flown, which will record video and audio from launch to perhaps halfway into the descent.

Maximum altitude will be about 90,000 ft. Total flight time will be about 2.5 hours. For the lastest, see the KNSP list.
