Not able to login

Hello, I would like to log into the help center but it says that the password isn't correct.

I want to add a callsign, I've read the terms and conditions and I'm. Not allowed to make a new account, there's also no way that I've found to contact a administrator about this issue

 

I've changed the password and tried the new password, it's still not working
