I'm sorry that it can be frustrating.
But QRZ has very specific swapmeet rules. They are super easy to understand and to follow. You can choose to follow them or not. But if not, your ad or anyone else's will be removed.
They apply to all equally

The easy way to post a photo is to open the photo on your computer, then right click, and select "Copy". Then, when typing your post, with your cursor in the reply window, right click and select "Paste". Your previously saved photo will automagically be uploaded and added to your post:
That works too though, the more & the larger the image(s), the slower the page loads. Sometimes, I don't want to wait.
Yes, the best thing to do is edit them down for size.
...and rotate, crop, and adjust brightness/contrast/sharpness. It applies to document work, too.

Can you guys check this one to see if it works...
I was CUT/Paste from Google Photos, I thinks this was where the problem came from, I downloaded the images to my pc and tried again...
