    I had the hardest time learning the code by listening for the series of dits and dahs at 5 WPM. Then someone mentioned (wisely) that languages are learned by hearing the sound of words and not each letter.

    Then I found this exceptional site:

    The author lets you set the character speed and spacing separately. This is beneficial for learning the *sound* of code at 15WPM and having 5WPM of time to think between characters.

    Btw, you can learn the code using both the Farnsworth and Koch methods on this site.

    To keep things interesting and fresh, several headline news sources can be selected for copying in addition to simulated QSOs.

    This site has been an enormous help to me so I had to share it here.
