    Hi Fellow Ham operators

I don't know if this is the place to ask this questioned, but I will ask anyway!

ICOM has a comparison with the ICOM 7610 with ICOM 7600, 7300, 7851 (Graphically) but not the ICOM 7700

Here is the URL..Scroll down and you will see the graph comparison (RMDR Specs) /Reciprocal mixing dynamic range

However, you will not see a comparison with ICOM 7610 ( $ 3,900) and the ICOM 7700 (5,900).

I am just wondering if the ICOM 7610 is a better rig than ICOM 7700. If that is the case (ICOM 7610) is better, but cost less, maybe that is why their is no comparison chart (RMDR).

    Has anyone else noticed this..?

I haven't noticed it but haven't been looking at that stuff either. I don't think the 7700 was ever all that popular. I don't see much discussion about the 7700 over the years nor do I see many up for sale used. I have a 7600 and the 7700 never interested me at all. I would have sooner looked at a K3 or an FTDX5000.
I'd rather have a 7300 than a 7700 for that matter. The 7300 and 7610 is a FAR newer design than the 7700.

The 7700 has a better receiver. The new sdr aren't as quiet as a 7700 plus they don't have 200 watt output.

This is strange...I did not ask this questioned, nor did I post this thread....

This is very strange. (I did not post this, nor create this thread!)...I am NN2X, and did not post this...I only had Kenwood equipment, (But on a side note: I might get a ICOM 7300)

But I guess I have to report this, as the impostor might post something I might not agree with
