For the past 3 weeks, there seems to be a broadcaster of some sort on 7.055 kHz LSB, in the Russian formate. This station is on from 01:00z to about 05:00z every night. The signal here in Vermont is about an s 4.

This sounds like part of the so called Russian-Ukraine Radio War which has been going on for several years and is extensively reported and discussed on the HFUnderground web site. Here are some examples of threads on their forums,

Topic: UA vs RU war 7050 /7055 LSB 1120 UTC 24 Sep 2018

    Topic: Russian anti-Ukrainian 7055 LSB 1721 UTC 22 mar 2019

    Topic: (Юнiк Радiо=Yunik)RURIK Radio 7055/7050 LSB 1400 UTC 02

These are obviously radio PIRATES, perhaps para-military or quasi-government sponsored, not legit broadcasters. Many of these refer to an operation called "Yunik Radio" which apparently is an Anglicized pronunciation of "RURIK".

The last thread contains a link to a sound clip in English which claims that some of this broadcasting or jamming involves radio amateurs, names a series of call signs, and at the end describes an apparently anti-Russian propaganda web site as www.rurik.us .

Oh come on, Larry. Everyone knows the world isn't flat - it's slanted at 45 degrees. That's why when you drop your car keys on the floor, they slide under the sofa.

    Basic physics!

That's Murphy's law of selective gravity, which states; When repairing anything, the smallest, most insignificant part, will always fall into the most inaccessible place, where is can do the most damage.:D

Haha! no matter you've duly planned a small part fall, seeing it hit the floor, cat's paws are way quicker than your hand, immediately pushing the unobtainium part right under the heaviest piece of furniture of the house.
Remember, cats are always ready to catch anything taken out from a box.

Or remove it from the box themselves.
