New FAA regulations regarding towers under 200 ft

    We are a working ranch in a rural area (by definition) and my tower peak (the mast) is 64' above ground level and not adjacent to any structure so it appears I must register the tower......

    If the same person who owns the tower, also owns and controls the farmland on which it is located, wouldn't that person be the one who decides whether or not crop dusters will operate over that land?
