New 10 Meter Beacon on 28.214 Mhz

Guys...N4LEM has put a beacon on 28.214 Mhz 5 watts with a vert at 160' that runs on a loop with a 5 second delay from Cocoa Beach Florida.  Please see if you can hear him and email reports to N4LEM via qrz.com.  Remember that 10 Meters seems dead but listen between 28.2-3 for the beacons all over the world that often get through during this solar low.
