Netlogger QRZ XML Lookup

    I have a premium account with QRZ and have verified that my XML lookup account works via http://xmldata.qrz.com/xcheck but when I attempt to enter my call sign and password into the account section in Netlogger for this service, I get the following error. Can anyone help?

    Using current version of Netlogger 3.1.5

    Error: "Bad or No Keyduring QRZ account validation.

    QRZ sent me a fix today, I contact them at customer support

    Any tips we can use would be helpful!! Mine still isn't working right. I have tried two different browsers, logged out and back in. I'm unable to send a message to the help desk. When I enter my call sign and password, click enter, nothing happens. I'm stuck!!

    makes two of us, and the fix was did not fix it
    I checked with netlogger. they suggest that the qrz password is the issue if you use specials characters (#, $ etc)

    I restarted my PC which seemed to fix the issue for me.

    I changed my qrz password and it seemed to fix problem
