    Just cant get away from politics, even with such a great hobby as HAM radio. Sad.

    Then he should know better. And the Technician did mention to the questioners she couldn't talk to Russia due to limitations. I'm puzzled why they even questioned her. But apparently her information that she hadn't contacted the Russians satisfied their questions.
