Need a top cover line tracing from a Marconi 365B

    I found someone who can make a plexiglass cover for my 365B key, but he needs a line tracing of the phenolic base. That would require completely disassembling the key, which I would rather do as a last resort.

    If anyone has a 365B (or similar, if the covers are all the same) I'd really appreciate if someone could make me a nice tracing of the cover and mail it to me. I'd be happy to cover postage, etc.

    They originally had a grey hammerite painted cover (over brass) that matched the base, if you wanted to go OEM.

    A sparks (marine radio op) told me they used to simply heave the covers overboard.

    (No 365B here anymore. Traded for a bug. Sorry)

    They were used for ashtrays, LOL. I have a company that will make a clear plastic cover for it if I can provide a trace outline. The original cover hide the
    "steam punk" appeal of the key's engineering.
