Cant figure out how to fix this. I put the wrong info in here the first time I started my log and it wont change. It defaults to this. How can I fix this? I sent this to help desk and they were no help.
I'm sorry you thought my answer to your support ticket didn't help. Unfortunately you didn't include these screenshots or I would have better been able to answer your question. You could have also responded to my answer and provided more details. The QSL information shown in your screen shot can be set on that screen, but the default values for it and a number of other logging defaults is set on the logbook settings -> logbook properties screen, which if you had read my response, would have sent you to the correct screen even though I didn't quite understand what information was wrong. 73, Steve KF8KI
The screen shots were attached in the ticket. Maybe they didn't send. The email also wont let me reply. This avenue to get help was faster. I went through last night and deleted it out of 60 entries. Was a booger. Thanks so much Steve I really appreciate it.
They didn't send. Possibly you forgot to actually hit the upload button after you attached them? It's a second step that unfortunately gets a lot of people. Glad we could help get it straightened out for you. 73, Steve
