    That you can throw it higher in the air?

    Different radios designed for different purposes and coverage of different bands. You can find radios that cover HF and VHF/UHF.... Kenwood TS-2000 for example.

    Baofeng does 2 Meters and 70 CM - according to the Icon information 7300, 7610 and 7850 & 7851 on go up to 50 MHz. I don't understand why this is. Can you explain it to me please?
