So I just received a MX-P50M amplifier in the mail to amp up my uBITX, however when I plugged it in the Tx on the amplifier was not working. I figured out last night that this was due to the fact that I had not plugged in ACC connector for amplifier. I had thought that the cable was only for the FT817. I figured out that there needs to be some sort of voltage on there to switch it to Tx mode. The problem is that the uBITX doesn’t have a built in ACC connector to tell the amp when to switch to Tx. I want to be able to do this manually and I figured if I just hooked it up to my bench power supply I could just feed it 13.8v and it would switch over. I really don’t want to fry the amp though so I decided I would come here to see if someone could help me out with this. The link to the amplifier schematic is here if anybody needs it. https://www.qsl.net/wb4kdi/BG4IGX/mx-p50m.html
