Up for sale is a MX-P50m amplifier that I used with my Yaesu FT817. It works great on all the HF bands.

5 watts input gives about 45 watts output. The extra punch is nice to have given the band conditions we have been seeing lately.

I'm selling it because I recently acquired a Yaesu FT-891 so now if I want more power I just use that rig portable instead of the 817. I'm keeping the 817 though because (maybe I'm a sucker for pain) I still like to operate QRP sometimes and the little 817 is just so conveniently portable I don't think I'll ever sell it.

But - I have no need for this little amp anymore.
It has the PTT cable for the FT817 built on but it can be easily adapted to work with any other QRP rig.

They go for $178 on Ebay. You can have this one for $110 shipped.
    Payment via PayPal.

Feel free to contact with questions.

Power and band selector switch on the front.
(Power lead has power poles installed)

PTT cable has connector for the FT-817 attached. It's a simple "short-to-ptt" cable so can be easily adapted to other QRP rigs.

Connections on the back. It does fine running on a 12v SLA battery which is how I normally ran it.

FT817 pictured for scale only. Obviously not included in the sale :)
