Jonathan Winter writes "The American Museum of Radio plans to build a reconstruction of a 1928 small town radio studio to be used in conjunction with low power FM broadcasting from the Museum. The station will be an extention of an educational exhibit within the Museum. We would like to find a decent looking example of an early AM transmitter from the late 20's or early 30's.

Perhaps there is somone out there who can help us track one of these early transmitters down. The Museum is non-profit and can offer a tax exemption for any such donation.

If you can help us please contact Jonathan Winter at 1421 Saint Paul St. Bellingham WA. 98226 USA, or call the Museum directly at 360-738-3886 Wednesday. through Saturday from 11:00 to 4:00.

    Thanks to all.

    Jonathan Winter"
