What came first. DXCC country code 180 (Mount Athos), or Monk Apollo getting his license to operate from Mount Athos?

I can't find when this entity was added to the DXCC list.

Worked him multiple times on different bands and got the QSL cards to prove it. RIP and God Bless Monk

In spite of having worked them all, I never made a Q with the Monk - mainly because I was away when he was active.

On another subject, Mount Athos was not a recognized DXCC before WW2 but I have not succeeded in learning when it was added to the DXCC list, though the SY1MA operation of 1972/1973 may have been the first activation.

Apollo began radio in the late 80s/ early 90s.
