I have attached a picture of a mobile mounting bracket that is in the radio equipment of my late father, W8JFQ.
He has it marked as FT-212RH mobile mounting bracket.
Wile I am sure this radio will work in it, I think I have tracked it down to being a MB-11 Mobile Mounting Bracket.
Can anyone confirm my suspicions of help determine what bracket this is if it is not the MB-11?

    Thanks

The mobile mounting bracket for the FT 212-RH was the MMB-37. Looking at pictures of the MB-11 it does not appear to be the surround one as shown in your picture. I once had (1980's) a Yaesu Mobile (cannot remember the model #) which had a separate control head. The radio body itself was mounted using the surround bracket like the one shown in your picture

So are you saying that this is the MMB-37?
I have not been able to find any pictures of the MB-11.
I will look at the MMB-37.

I finally found a picture of it online. Didn't think of it before, but went into the Kenwood TM-721A manual and looked in the back at the "Accessories" page.
There it was!! It is an Kenwood MB-11 Mobile Mounting Bracket.

    Thanks for the help/nudge!!
