Here is the stuff I have:

    Heathkit SB301/401
    IC-7300
    Heil Pro Set Elite
    Heil PR40 (on order)
    Xenyx Q802USB (on order)
    W2IHY iBox/
    Desktop Computer

I'd like to be able to have the PR40 as my primary mic with the ability to switch between the SB401, IC-7300 and my desktop computer, I'd also like to have audio output go to a master speaker, and the computer from the SB301 and IC-7300.

    MIC input:
the PR40 will go to the XLR MIC 1 input with an XLR cable, the headset will go to the 1/4 MIC 2 input. Neither of these should require anything more than just connecting with the native cable/plug.

    Output from the Mixer:
USB to the computer, main out L would go to a W2IHY iBox to the 13 PIN DIN ACC on the IC-7300. main out R would go to a impedance transformer and then to the mic on the heath.

    Audio input to the Mixer:
Headphone jack from the IC-7300 to LINE in 3/4 L, Headphone jack from SB301 to LINE in 3/4 R.

I should have the option of adding an additional radio as well, possibly an IC-9700 for sat work.

Am I headed in the right direction?

The Heathkit needs a high impedance mic.
