This is a Friday & Saturday event. New date November 1st and 2nd, 2024 October 11 and 12, 2024
Open to general attendees Friday 13:00 to 19:00, and Saturday 09:00 to 15:00 local.
Vendors and tailgaters can setup starting 2 hours before general opening.
Adult admission is $10, and covers both days. No charge for children 12 and under.

Dear Fellow Radio Enthusiasts,
With the current heat wave happening across the US, a lot of us are looking forward to fall.
And it will be here before you know it! And with the fall, the 59th annual Melbourne Hamfest
is just 2 months away. We sincerely hope that you will be able to join us!

PCARS is proud to be celebrating 59 years as a Florida tradition and the 2nd largest Hamfest in
Florida! It's been a long journey for PCARS & our membership sincerely thanks each and every
one of you, for your continued support, year after year.

The PCARS ARRL VE Team will be administering amateur exams on Saturday, beginning at
10AM. This is your chance to either get your license or upgrade during the
Hamfest. Advanced registration is preferred but walk ins will be accepted. Cost of taking an
exam is $15.00, CASH ONLY PLEASE. Please arrive a few minutes prior to testing. For

Our indoor tables are filling up and there are still some good locations available for you!
Tailgate spots can also be reserved now. Please consult www.melbournehamfest.com for

Special Event Station W4MLB /59 will be on the air from the Hamfest all weekend.
A hamfest is only as good as the crowd that attends. We really want YOU to help us keep the
Melbourne Hamfest a great success. Please join us for a fun filled weekend in October!

PLEASE NOTE - In complying with the City of Melbourne and the Melbourne
Auditorium, ONLY Service Animals, with proper labeling as such, will be allowed into the
Hamfest. PLEASE leave your pet at home if they are not a Service Animal. PCARS thanks you in
