Marshall Island and Amelia Earhart's SOS transmissions-sending again

The facts are otherwise.

 

There is a good chance I will monitor it remotely from the West Coast, and record it if possible--depends on my travel schedule.

If it is TX with KHAQQ, without FCC authorization, I will file a complaint, if recorded. I think others should, also.

The FCC is apparently more concerned about pirate radio. With the above, this transmission would fall in that category.

If you guys are 'fascinated' by Earhart, you should check out Pancho Barnes. There's the real deal.

 

Who are you going to file the complaint with? The FCC, ARRL or the government of the Marshall Islands?

I try to concern myself only with intrusions into the Ham Bands....

 

That's a great place to concentrate on. For example, assume that HT's and ham bands are used for illegal and dangerous activity by hostile entities.

WHO CARES!!! It is not happening on the ham bands and it is taking place from the Marshal Island. Does anyone including Laura Smith or the FCC as a whole cares??
